  • How it works?

    When you first join ChildreeLove.com, you become a free member. This allows you to create a full profile, upload a profile picture, appear in the members’ list and be contacted privately by Gold Members.

    You’ll be alerted by email if somebody on the site adds you as a friend or sends you a message. However, you will need to become a paid member to be able to respond an email sent to you by other members.

    In order to interact with other members, you need to become a paid member. You can click here to choose your plan or visit Profile page when you log in and click on Upgrade Account above your profile picture.

  • How do I pay for a membership?

    We currently accept online payments via:

    • Credit/Debit Card – Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.

    • Paypal.com

  • Can I pause or freeze my membership for some period of time and continue it later?

    Our system does not allow freezing any membership. However, you can cancel your membership by going to Profile page then Membership bottom above profile picture and Cancel Membership.

  • How much do memberships cost?

    • Silver Membership: 1 Month $15.00

    • Gold Membership: 1 Month $ 25.00 – 6 Months $ 50.00

  • Refund policy

    We have a strict REFUND policy. We allow you to try out our website for FREE. Therefore, you can be sure before you become a member. Please visit our Terms & Conditions for more information about it. ChildFreeLove.com reserves the right to accept or refuse any refund.


  • How do I create a profile?

    In the home page click on Sign-Up and follow the steps. Creating and posting a profile is free and will take you only a couple minutes.

    Think of it as a quick sketch of who you are, your lifestyle, and what counts most in a relationship. Our questionnaire will highlight your personality traits and interests and enable you to describe your personality even further in a brief narrative. Why wait? Create your profile today!

  • How do I edit or update my profile?

    1- On the main menu, go to the Profile page.

    2- Click on Profile bottom on the bar options (under your profile photo).

    3- Click Edit.

    4- Then you will see the tabs where you can add or edit your personal information. Fill out the fields or make the changes you want. Once you finish, click Save Changes. (You NEED TO SAVE CHANGES EACH TIME YOU UPDATE EACH TAB)

    5- Once you have changed or updated your information, you and the members of the site will be able to see it in your profile, next to your picture.


  • How do I delete my profile?

    To delete your profile from our members’ directory, go to the Profile page, then click on Settings bottom on the bar options (under your profile photo), and then Delete account.

    NOTE: Deleting your account will delete all of the content you have created. It will be completely irrecoverable.


  • How do I upload / change my profile picture?

    Visit Profile page and click on the profile picture box change photo, then upload the image.

    Your profile picture is your moment in the spotlight, it must be:

    1) A recent picture of ONLY you.
    2) Smile!
    3) Without sunglasses.

  • What is a Private Photo or Album?

    Gold Members have the option to share media content (albums and videos) in their profile and also choose whether that content is public or private.

    Visit Profile page, then Media bottom on the bar options (under your profile photo) and click on the file you want to upload (video or photo), then select Upload and Privacy.

    You can also change the privacy settings to an existing media file. Just open the file, click Edit then Privacy.


  • What are public messages?

    Public messages can be used by Silver and Gold Members and will appear in the person’s timeline; this means, every paid member can see them. Free members can receive public messages but can not replay them.

    To write a public message on a member’s profile, go to the desired profile, and click Public Message next to the member’s profile picture, then write your message.
    When you receive a public message, you will get an email notification and it will also appear in your profile notifications section.
    Visit Profile page, then Activity in profile section to see public messages other members have left on your profile.

  • What are private messages?

    Private messages can only be used by Gold Members, this option allows them to communicate privately, they also can send private messages to Silver and Free Members but these must upgrade to Gold Members in order to enjoy private messaging.

    To see your private messages go to the Profile page, then Messages in the profile section.

  • I am a Free/Silver Member. Do I have to become a Gold member to reply messages sent by others?

    Free and Silver Members must become Gold Member in order to replay private messages. However, Silver Members can reply public messages.

  • I am a Free member. Can I initiate sending messages to others?

    As a Free Member, you can not initiate sending public or private messages to others. To do so, you must become a Gold Member.
    Silver Members can only initiate sending public messages.

  • I have not received a message since I joined this site, why?

    You can follow these tips to grab someone’s attention and get more responses:

    · Write more about yourself and your match.

    · Don’t forget to add more photos.

    · The more personalized your message, the more likely others will respond.

    · Most people respond well to humor. Keep it light at first. Show them you are a fun person.

    · Try messaging more members. The more messages you send, the better your response rate will be.

    · Sign in as often as possible at different times to meet as many members as you can.

    · The most important thing is, to be honest, positive and patient in all uses of the site.

Username / Password

  • I forgot my username / password. What should I do?

    Click Forgot your username or password at the login screen and enter your registered email address. We’ll then send you a password reset link to your registered email address, usually within a few minutes. If you don’t receive it, please make sure to check your spam/junk folder.
