Do you know the benefits of being Childfree?
In a world where we get bad news every day and people have kids everywhere, is absolutely necessary to make a pause and remain ourselves all the benefits of being Childfree.
Whether it is by choice or by circumstance, you are here now enjoying the amazing childfree lifestyle.
If you are still undecided about having children (AKA on the fence), perhaps this list would help you to have more clarity about it.
♥ FREEDOM to put our own needs first without neglecting someone else’s life. To decide what we want to do, when we want to, and where we want to do it.
♥ TIME: Childfree people still have 24 hours each day as everybody does but we have the option to use our free time in what we want and not in what we have to. That includes restful sleep in and naps; happy hours after a work day; leave the house at midnight if we feel like it and dedicate extra time to self-improvement and nourishing our existing relationships.
♥ TRAVELING is easier without kids. I am not saying that traveling with children is impossible but it is for sure more complicated and expensier with them, and, unless you are rich and can also pay for childcare during holidays, there are certain activities that we, childfree people enjoy more when traveling as: having a less stressful vacations, more time and money to spend in ourselves, spas and shopping, more affordable holidays, more frequent trips, partying and drinking freely, definitely more night life activities, and as well that great feeling of sleeping in until noon after a great party in a foreign country without having to get up early to feed someone else.
*Are you already participaring in our Blog Forum I am grateful to be childfree because…
♥ JOBS: Childless people have more freedom and flexibility regarding jobs. We can quit easier an unpleasant job and take a leap of faith because nobody depends on us. We also have more chances to relocate to another city or country due to work and statistics also prove that Childfree women have higher incomes than mothers.
♥ MONEY: Childfree people don’t have more money than parents but we have the freedom to decide what we are going to spend that money on. Everybody knows that having a child is expensive, well… we use that money in ourselves: educations, sports, work out, hobbies, books, expensive devices, fancy cars, nice apartments, etc.
♥ WOMEN’S BODY: We don’t have to endure the pain of pregnancy and childbirth and then, spend years trying to recover that ruined body.
♥ SILENCE: Do you know the value of silence? We do! And we love it, especially to think, create, meditate and sleep.
♥ HELP ENVIRONMENT: We all know how good for the earth is to not bring more people to this planet. We are helping the world!
♥ Childfree people look younger!
♥ Last but not least, raising kids is a hard job, we all have had any kind of childhood traumas and emotional lack because disinformation or ignorance of other people and we don’t want to cause the same in other humans’ lives. Childless people don’t have to worry about dropping off children at school and wonder all they if they are being bullied or unsafe, we don’t have to worry about a suffering life depending on us.
